        Thanks for the session you ran at our recent national sales meeting. It had a real and meaningful impact on our sales team. After the session was over, I received excellent feedback from all the attendees. Most said it invigorated their thinking by providing a new way to address specific sales and customer issues, with practical ideas to sue immediately.
I was particularly impressed with how our more-experienced sales managers responded to your sessions. I was frankly skeptical than anyone could have an impact on these long-term industry veterans who generally approach any type of training with a high degree of skepticism. Your seminar gave us new insight to deal effectively with old problems. The specific research and conclusions you provided were much more valuable than the traditional “1-2-3 close the sale” approach that simply does not work and alienates participants. The workshops brought actionable solutions to specific problems, which again was a refreshing change from most sales trainers.
