Women believe that client insecurity drives most problem client behavior more than men
Men and women have very different attitudes toward problem clients. Women believe that problem client behavior is largely motivated by client insecurity. Men, by contrast, are far more likely to assume that problem client behavior is the result of the client trying to gain concessions. Men are almost three times as likely to assume that a problem client is incompetent.
